Ben Hudson is a real estate attorney based in his hometown of Kosciusko, Mississippi, where he focuses on property and planning law. His practice includes real estate closings, deeds, land transfers, wills, and probate — helping clients navigate some of life’s most important legal decisions with clarity and confidence.

A graduate of Kosciusko High School, Holmes Community College, the University of Mississippi, and the University of Mississippi School of Law, Ben returned to Kosciusko to start his own practice and serve the community that shaped him. He’s committed to providing reliable, local legal services built on trust, accessibility, and a deep understanding of the area’s unique needs.

Ben lives in Kosciusko with his wife, Riley, and their daughter, Harper, where they are proud to be raising their family.

About Madison Frazure, Paralegal

Madison Frazure serves as the firm’s paralegal, bringing dedication, efficiency, and a personal touch to every client interaction. Originally from Madison, Mississippi, Madison is a graduate of French Camp Academy and earned her degree from Belhaven University, where she was a standout on the women’s basketball team.

Madison plays a key role in supporting the firm’s work in property and planning law, including real estate closings, deeds, land transfers, wills, and probate. Her attention to detail and strong communication skills help ensure that each client’s experience is smooth, informed, and stress-free from start to finish.

She is married to Griffin Frazure, and together they enjoy being part of the local community. Madison is passionate about making every client feel valued and cared for throughout the legal process.

Riley Hudson serves as our Office Manager and Marketing Director. She helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes while supporting community outreach. Riley helps handle communication and marketing efforts, making sure the firm stays efficient and connected with the community. With a balance of attention to detail and creativity, she plays an important role in creating a positive experience for both clients and staff.
